Manufactured by Operators Piano Company, Chicago, IL, Serial #28111, piano with mandolin attachment and rank of flute pipes, snare drum, bass drum and cymbal, plays style “O” music rolls, unrestored condition, mechanically operates when plugged in but does not play, missing original top front art glass panel. The bottom panel is present. Looks mechanically complete. Case has been painted in various places and the veneer is also in very rough condition. See video at https://youtu.be/7O3k1lAchNw
