Description
Gubruder Wellershaus, Saarn, Germany, originally built as a barrel organ, then converted to play organ books that measure approximately 8 inches wide. Plays strong with the aid of an added blower. Facade has some cracks, paint is in good condition. Comes with several cardboard organ books, including two endless style books for continuous playing.
Provenance from Indianapolis collector Jim Brady: Earlier service on a swing ride in Holland, with a period photo believed to exist among family materials. Operational and setup for endless books with expected cosmetic wear from fairground use. See video at https://youtu.be/TTdhe4gjX2g
