Description

World War II Polish VIS-35 (Pistol wz. 35 Vis), manufactured at the F.B. Radom factory. This particular piece is a “Grade II” or middle-production variant produced under German occupation, evidenced by the Nazi “Eagle over WaA77” and “Eagle over 623” Waffenamt inspection stamps. The slide is marked “F.B. RADOM VIS Mod.35. Pat. Nr. 15567,” and the grips feature the distinct “FB” and “VIS” logos within triangles. As a secondary sidearm for the Wehrmacht, these pistols were highly regarded for their robust Browning-style design and quality craftsmanship. The pistol’s finish shows wear and thinning across the slide and frame, consistent with field use and age. The grips are solid and show no cracking, however, there is visible wear and chips from field use. The bore and rifling are in good condition. Mechanically, the action and trigger are tight and appear to function properly. Firearm comes with a reproduction holster. Please see photos for overall condition. S/N: D6733 C&R Eligible
