Description
This is a vintage print of the iconic Winchester Repeating Arms Co. “Double W” cartridge board, originally produced in the late 19th century. This impressive print pays homage to the New Haven, Conn. manufacturer with a vast array of cartridges, shotgun shells, and primers arranged in the classic “W” motif. The piece features a central lithographic-style vignette of hunters and a bear, flanked by a mallard and a moose. It is housed in a rugged, rustic reclaimed wood frame which features a brass “We Recommend and Sell Winchester” plaque at the base. Overall, the piece presents in very good decorative condition; the print is vibrant with minimal fading. The wood frame has minor scuffs and surface wear consistent with age but remains structurally sound. Please see photos for overall condition. H 43.75″, W 59.5″, D 2″
