Description
A prime example of rugged American optics, this Trijicon ACOG (Advanced Combat Optical Gunsight) TA45-2 features a 1.5×24 magnification power and is housed in a heavy-duty forged aluminum body. It utilizes Trijicon’s signature dual-illumination technology, combining a fiber optic collector for daylight and a tritium lamp for low-light or night operations, ensuring a battery-free reticle. This unit is clearly marked “Made in USA” with the Trijicon logo and model number cast into the housing. It has an amber triangle aiming point, which remains visible in light, however, does dim in low lighting settings. The tritium does appear to be at half-life, however, this scope is a great candidate for tritium replacement by Trijicom. Optics are clear. The exterior shows moderate field wear with visible scuffs, scratches, and finish thinning on the high points and adjustment caps. Please see photos for overall condition.
