Description
A true classic of the early conceal carry revolvers, a Smith and Wesson Model 37 (Chief Special Airweight) chambered in .38 Special. Manufactured in 1957, this little beauty has a lightweight aluminum alloy J-frame, with a 2-inch barrel and a 5-round cylinder. The mint grip, which in 1959 was called the “Mustang Jr.”, is made of Brazilian Rosewood and has a diamond inlay. The nickel finish is in great condition, showing some light surface marks. Bore and rifling are in good condition. Mechanically, the action and trigger are tight and appear to function properly.
