Description
Manufactured for only 3 years, the High Standard M-101 “The Plinker” chambered in .22 LR was part of the Dura-Matic series and marketed as an affordable, reliable option for casual target shooting and pest control in the early 1970s. This semi-automatic, single-action pistol features a 6.5-inch heavy barrel, fixed sights, checkered brown plastic grips, and a single 10-round magazine. The finish is 98% showing very little finish on the receiver and a small oxidation spot on the barrel. Grips are mint, with no sign of wear. Bore is clean and rifling is strong. Mechanically, the action and trigger are tight and appear to function properly. Please see photos for overall condition. S/N:2307911. C&R Eligible.
