Lot 1050:
Description
Manufactured between 1960 -1962, this Mossberg Model 190kb is a bolt action, 16-gauge, 2.75-inch shell shotgun with a two-shell magazine. At the time, it was considered a robust, “country simple” shotgun, often praised for its utility and reliability. It features a 26-inch barrel, one piece walnut stock, and Mossberg’s C-Lect-Choke (variable choke) system. This choke system allows the user to adjust the shot pattern from Cylinder to Full settings by twisting a jacket on the muzzle. The stock is in good condition, showing marks and dings from use and age. Finish is 85% with some oxidation visible on the barrel and receiver. Bore is clean and shiny. Mechanically, the action and trigger are tight and appear to function properly. Please see photos for overall condition. S/N: NSN
