Description
This impressive 3/4 life-size figure is a high-quality reproduction of the iconic buried army of Qin Shi Huang, China’s first emperor. Crafted in the style of the Qin Dynasty (221–206 BCE), this soldier features the characteristic topknot, detailed molded armor plating, and a stoic facial expression complete with a stylized mustache. The piece is likely constructed from heavy cast terracotta or a dense composite resin with a hand-applied “aged” earth finish to mimic centuries of burial. It represents a classic infantryman or archer stance, though the hands are currently empty of any original weaponry. The item appears to be in good stable condition with some surface scuffs, minor chips to the base, and deliberate “weathering” textures that may obscure minor handling wear. H 62″, W 19″, D 14″.
