Description
I AM SPARTACUS! Tony Curtis screen worn costume from the 1960 movie Spartacus. Curtis’ character was Antonius. A white tunic made for Tony Curtis for his role as Antoninus in the film Spartacus (Universal, 1960). Western costume label reads “No. 2253-1/ Name Tony Curtis/ Chest 39 1/2 # 2-3.” The tunic is trimmed in earth toned embroidered embellishments and weighted at the bottom hem. In good condition, comes with display torso, a framed 11 X 14 color photo of the cast including Curtis in costume, and a clapboard. Provenance: Last sold at Julens’s Auctions: Hollywood Legends.
