Description

This is a wonderful piece of Hollywood history: an original promotional movie still from the 1962 epic How the West Was Won, featuring a vibrant signature from the legendary Debbie Reynolds. The “Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer” and “National Screen Service Corp” markings indicate this was a genuine theater-used promotional piece. It is inscribed “To Hollywood. Love the Best! Debbie Reynolds” in black felt-tip ink. The photo shows Reynolds alongside co-star Robert Mitchum. The piece is housed in a contemporary black mitered frame under glass. The photo is in excellent vintage condition with crisp colors and a bold, clear signature; the frame shows only very minor shelf wear. H 11″, W 13″, D 0.75″
