Description
This charming piece of cinematic history captures the iconic Lollipop Guild from the 1939 MGM classic The Wizard of Oz. This specific color still is hand-signed by Jerry Marren (the center Munchkin who famously presents the lollipop) and is inscribed “Lollipop Kid.” Marren was one of the most beloved and longest-surviving cast members of the production. The photo features the trio in their distinct plaid and solid-colored Munchkinland attire, set against the vibrant backdrop of the Yellow Brick Road. The piece is professionally presented in a tiered black wooden frame under glass. The signatures appear bold and clear in black felt-tip marker. The overall condition is excellent, with the frame showing only very minor shelf wear and the photograph maintaining bright, saturated colors without visible fading or silvering.
