Hollywood Blvd Cinema Memorabilia
Lot 1265:
Description
This striking, life-sized polychrome resin and fiberglass figure captures the theatrical “Egyptian Revival” aesthetic often found in mid-to-late 20th-century cinema or themed attractions. The primary figure is a regal queen, likely modeled after Cleopatra or Nefertiti, adorned in a radiant gold-finished gown with a bold sunburst motif and holding a traditional ankh symbol of life. She stands atop a tiered Art Deco-inspired pedestal. While the manufacturer is not marked, the construction and stylized features are indicative of high-end commercial display prop houses. It shows some minor surface scuffing to the metallic finish and light dust accumulation in the crevices of the ornate headdresses, but remains structurally sound and visually commanding. H 77″, W 18″, D 12″. Please use photos to judge condition and bid accordingly. Please note: Buyer is responsible for removal. From the Hollywood Blvd. Cinemas Collection.
