Here is a World War I, Bing Nurnberg manufactured “snail drum” magazine for the Artillery Luger (LP08) or MP18 SMG. This Type 2 version, holds 32, 9mm rounds and the drum body is stamped with the numbers “32 / 27 / 22 / 17/ 12”, along with the serial number “240846”. Bings’s manufacturer stamp “B” over “N” is also visible on the drums body. The drum is in good condition, with the spring and handle still functional. It retains majority of its original finish, with wear visible on the edges. It does comes with an original dust cover. Please see photos for overall condition.
