Description
Original WWII US Navy pilots leather flight helmet. Model NAF1092 made by Slote & Klein. Helmet is in very good condition for age. chinstrap is still present and complete and leather is still somewhat supple and pliable but does have age cracking and tears along edges from drying out. Helmet has pair of US M44 dust goggles attached that appear to have been put on in same era. Excellent display piece for Naval Aviation fan. See photos.
