Description
WW2 German M42 Steel helmet. ET makers mark and size 66 marked in left side. 1642 lot number marking in rear. Helmet is in poor condition, liner is mostly gone aside from metal parts. Helmet has shrapnel or bullet hole on right side and has “fantasy” SS marking on right side. Paint and finish are well worn, and front edge of rim is bent on right side. Helmet shows signs of being poor quality mid war steel, but is sold as is. Good representative example. See photos.
