Description
This finely crafted basket bowl is attributed to the chemehuevi people. Made from natural materials like Willow sumac with darker fibers such as devil’s claw for its design. It features a central starburst motif with two rings of triangles in two stacked rows on the walls of the bowl. It is very finely woven, and it is very tight. No visible loss of weave. In excellent condition. Dimensions: 7.75” diameter, 2.25” tall, 5.5” base diameter. See photos
