Description
Circa 1900 wooden advertising display featuring a miniature wagon wheel with multicolored spokes promoting the line of carriage paints from the Acme White Lead and Color Works, Detroit, Michigan. Base of display has an applied paper label testifying that “Varnishing Unnecessary”, “One coat is all that is required”, “The cost will not exceed $1”. SIZE: 14? w x 18? h. CONDITION: Good to very good with original, slightly worn painted surfaces.
