Description
Pattern 1839 US Oval belt buckle with leather belt. Oval makers mark stamped on belt near buckle is very faint. Total length 42″ x 1-3/4″ belt width. Die struck w/lead filled back, this buckle is in good condition. Belt leather is supple and flexible, with no detracting aspects. This was part of the Civil War and Indian War display at Donley’s Wild West Town Museum for 45 years.
