Large double-sided (neon on one side only), tin, 5 color, painted sign. Back side is faded, both sides have some light rust and paint loss in areas throughout. Has a nice architectural design with partial bull nose edge. A great eye catching sign. Please see photos. Overall good to fair overall condition with some faded & missing paint. 58″ wide x 141″ high x 11″ wide. Neon Nicks 5/23 sticker along with 4-6-7 stencil on side.
