Hard to find vintage made in Japan P.T.P tin litho wind up toy tether plane. Winds up and spins tail fins. Celluloid pilot has small hole near his goggles. In good overall condition with minor scratches & wear noted on the original paint; indicative of age and use. Perfect addition to your collection.
