Description
This remarkable offering features two pairs of authentic, vintage Native American children’s moccasins, meticulously crafted from brain-tanned leather and adorned with intricate glass seed beadwork. The larger pair, likely of Woodlands or Plateau origin, showcases a vibrant, geometric-banded tongue panel framed by a striking black velvet cuff with a red fabric trim and green-and-white beaded borders. The smaller infant pair features fully beaded uppers executed in a stunning, tight geometric pattern utilizing white, cobalt blue, red, and pink seed beads with traditional soft leather wrap-around ankle ties. Both pairs display beautiful craftsmanship and remain in excellent vintage condition, showing expected light, age-appropriate wear to the hide soles and interiors with no significant bead loss or structural damage.
