A rare and unusual machine that cuts music books for fairground organs. Made by the W.F. Mangels Company, an agent for Gebruder Bruder organs. Formerly in the American Museum of Public Recreation which was founded by Mangels in 1929.
Looks to be complete and heavy. Please see photos.
