Description
This buckle is 71mm is die stuck rolled brass face. No marker marks seen. Reported to be plate 531 from O’Donnell & Duncan book however it is our opinion is more like plate 526. Both hook and arrow appear to be brass and are coated with lead layer. Shows hard use and age with nice untouched medium brass patina. Has collector reference sticker on back.
