Description
This striking mixed-media fine pewter sculpture, titled “Red Cloud’s Coup,” is a limited-edition piece crafted by the renowned Western artist Christopher A. Pardell for Legends. Registered as number 398 of only 750 produced, this dynamic work features a Native American warrior in full ceremonial regalia, hoisting a long brass-tipped spear while holding a shield aloft. The figure exhibits rich bronze and gold-plated accents highlighting the intricate beadwork, breastplate, and detailed feathered headdress. The pewter sculpture stands upon a rugged terrain base adorned with an embedded golden arrowhead emblem, all securely mounted to a polished, highly figured black and white marble plinth manufactured in Italy. Visually, the piece is in excellent condition, showing minimal surface wear, light dust accumulation in the crevices, and intact felt pads on the underside of the base. H 15.5″, W 5″, D 5″.
