Description
This striking mixed-media bronze bust by renowned sculptor Christopher A. Pardell, titled from his work with Legends, captures a Native American figure in a profound moment of spiritual reflection, head tilted upward. Cast in 1990 in the USA, the piece features fine details including a removable ceremonial peace pipe, sculpted feathers, and a multi-toned patina mounted on a solid black marble base. The piece is signed “C.A. Pardell”, dated 1990, and numbered 118/950. Structurally, the sculpture is in good condition with minor surface wear consistent with age; however, the decorative feather originally attached to the back of the figure’s head is missing. The removable pipe shows detailed feather work and remains intact. Total height of the piece is approximately 14.5″, the width is 8″, and the depth is 9″. H 14.5″, W 8″, D 9″.
